Members of the public, patients, carers, and clinicians are helping develop and test these tools – focusing on what matters most to people whose health and care is being considered. We also are seeking public views on using AI in healthcare to ensure our approach is acceptable.
Get involved in DynAIRx research by joining the public involvement steering committee
A patient and public interest and public advisory group exists to help shape the research process (planning, delivery, dissemination) and monitor progress of the project, and assist in ensuring that the findings from the project are widely disseminated.
Our public participants work with researchers to identify the most relevant conditions and medication conditions that we identify to be causing harm, to determine what harm looks like from the patient perspective and to identify strategies for successful medicines optimisation. Importantly, they advise on presentation of research results for patients and the general public.
To discuss joining the public involvement steering committee please email us at dynairx2@liverpool.ac.uk
Get involved in DynAIRx research by telling us about your experience
We are actively seeking patient representatives to take part in interviews, focus groups and workshops to tell us more about their experience of medication review and give their thoughts and feedback on the proposed AI systems and prescribing dashboards that are being developed. We care deeply about co-developing tools for both clinicians and patients to use together.
If you wish to take part in either our patient focus groups or out patient interview panels, please download the respective form below for further information or email us at dynairx2@liverpool.ac.uk
